Tim Green (Dirtybird, Trapez, Renaissance) City of angels is spot on! def the one for me. A little deeper than what id usually play, but the musicality of it is just great!
Tony D´Onghia (Radio Koper Capodistria) All the 4 traxs are gorgeous, musically rich, subtle and warm. I expecially like the "Pulsing..." s infectious swingin groove. Im goin to include em in my radio playlists from next weeks on. Thanx for the collaboratio.

Martin Eyerer (Great Stuff, Kling Klong) GER:
Nice stripped down housy awarm up tunes :-) Kriss Kortz (F-Com) FR: I like it! A really cool ep again...Showin again the quality and eclectism of NDM !I really like the vibe on "the state of things". Nils Nilson (Ostwind Records) GER: A 1 und b 1 sind meine favoriten... die grooves sind voll fett;).. grade b1 kommt richtig cool rüber, da geht man automatisch mit... eine der besten ndm´s wie ich finde. Jeff Bennett (Kung Fu Dub) Excellent deep n groovy ep, will def play. D.Diggler (Resopal, Raummusik) GER: The tracks are cool. I like B1 a lot. Da Funk (Acryl Music, Plastic City, Forensic, Pesto, Traxx) CH: Excellent release once again! My favourite here is Pulsing X-Berg. Damn fine tech house! Full support! Dave Farlam (TrebleO) This a great solid release covering the deeper side of electronic dance music, Touchée is a particular favourite of mine and has been for quite a while!! Touchée has that Jazzanova sound quality to it with each pad, fx and bass sound sitting next to each other perfectly and joining together to create an almighty deep house journey that simply everyone should hear. My stand out section is at around 4 min 20 sec, proper old school reinforced vibe to it!! Love it!! Dave James (Raw Trax, Nuhar,) IK: These four tracks are right up my strasse, very melodic with a nice deep tech edge. I think i will get to play Pulsing X berg the most but i love all four tracks and if you could send me the vinyl that would be excellent. Herr Emmrich (Juni im ... / Ferienliebe Tonträger) GER: ...ja schönes ding! schöne vö! gefällt mir! sehr guter sound! Lee Holmann (Fine Art Recordings, Elevation Recordings, Ferox) IRELAND: Amazing package of tracks here...very hard to say which one i like more... "touchee" and "the state of things" are blowing it out of the water ! top quality release! Michael Matthes (Kubism Records) GER: Again a very nice soulful release by mr.bleek. A1 grooves like hell, definitely my favourite! Stefan Riesen (Morris Audio) GER: Thanks for the music! Art is a great musician, and the 4-tracker prooves it again! Perfect night drive music! Marc Cotterell (NDM/FM-Musik) UK/USA: Wow, another great ep from Night Drive Music...Pulsing X-Berg i will be playing for sure.. deep Hypnotic rhythms over a groove bassline makes this a winner for me.. THANKS Paul Jones (Disclosure Project,Exquisite Music) UK: pulsing x berg...is a nice deep groover, minimal and deep house, yum yum got my head nodding right away this one. has a nice bumpy groove to it. touchee... starts off gorgeous, dreamy and old sounding. reminds me somewhat of the things jp and myself do, melodic and warm. and theres plenty of beat changes, i like this one a lot because it is is interesting sounding. city of angels...nice deep minimal chunky stuff, bouncey bassline and slappy snare, and a cool bit of key changing here and there. the state of things...this ones nice and deep again, low repetitive groovey stuff. all in all this ep is very good, and a sweet selection of tunes, art bleek is good. This is the one I would use the most. I can see me using a few of these tunes in my sets. Ripperton (Connaisseur, Systematic, Num Records, Perspective) thanx, very strong release !!! Will rock the floor with. St Thomas (3rd Wave, Kompakt) FR: That is really a great release!! I will play this deep house EP for my fm radio show this summer, for sure! Happy to know that this music comes from France!!! Love it!! Helmut Dubnitzky (Session Deluxe, Kiddaz FM, Glückskind, Cecillè) Pulsing x berg is really great, play it and support it. Fabrice Lig aka Soul Designer ( Playhouse, Trapez, 7th City, KMS) Really great E.p ! I love all the tracks, its really great deep, funky house, tech house ? Doesn’t matter, its great music. So yes, a vinyl is welcome. John Digweed (Azuli, Renaissance) UK: This is really good! Will let you know crowd reaction later next month.
Tom Morgan (Desyn Masiello's Alternative Route)
Really nice ep. like all tracks but can see myself playing pulsing x-berg Solomun (Diynamic) Danke für tracks. city of angel gefällt mir am besten. Pawas (Spectral, Flash) GER: Touchée - Super track... werde ich auf jedenfall spielen. The State Of Things - nice n flowing...dreamy but moving Bvdub (Styrax, Southern Outpost) US: I listened to the release many times... very nice. but my honest feedback would have to be that A2 (Touchee) is the real winner. a beautiful, beautiful track. awesome. this is the only track i honestly would by the release for, if i was in a record store. the other tracks on it are ok, but not as awesome as that. simply because of that track, i would definitely buy it. M-Lito (3rd Wave Music) GR: Art bleek EP rocks...love touchée i like all the tracks a lot! really nice feeling ;-) thanx Christoph Moerl (Friendly Fire, Sonic Fiction) GER: the Art Bleek EP is one of my favorites on NDM up to now. I also really like his stuff he published for Rush Hour and Resopal so it´s nice to see him on Night Drive. Thumbs up! Pulsing X-Berg is my favorite! Estroe (Connaisseur) The track I really like is The State of Things, there's nice tension in this track what makes it exciting to listen to. I'll use this in my sets at the beginning of the evening. (or early at the morning :-)) Laurent Garnier (F-Com) FR: Great release! Of course i will support this. Thanks for the link. a bientot

I had heard Art Bleeks stuff befoe, and this is obviously good quality. My personal favorite is Touchee- which I would be able to fit into the later sections of my show. I will play it is the first show in January 09.
Jason Pepperell (Juice FM Brighton)
Loving the Pulsing X-Berg and City Of Angels tracks. Got a great groove, really deep but with a techy stance. Will definitely be using these. |
